📦 Shipping & Preorder Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 2–4 business days of the product’s official release date. This applies especially to preorders, though it may also affect regular purchases during high-volume times.

As a small operation, we fulfill orders in the order they are received. During major releases, especially for TCG products, processing a high volume of preorders can take more than a day. We work hard to get your items out quickly and safely, and we appreciate your patience and support.

We strive to offer some of the most competitive prices available—and we appreciate your understanding regarding our shipping time.

🛒 Preorder Cancellations

If you need to cancel a preorder, please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied. 

If your cancellation causes any additional fees (such as platform chargebacks or payment processing penalties), those fees will also be deducted from your refund in addition to the 10% restocking fee.
